By creating an account in FoodGrade you accept these Terms of Service.

2. Age Requirement

You must be at least 13 years old to use FoodGrade (GDPR Art. 8).

3. Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential. Contact lars.m.engen@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of all content you publish. By publishing you grant FoodGrade a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display and distribute the content.

5. Prohibited Conduct

Publishing false or manipulated reviews
Harassing or threatening other users
Scraping or reverse-engineering the service
Using the service for commercial purposes without permission
Publishing content that infringes intellectual property rights

6. Intellectual Property

The FoodGrade app, logo and technology are owned by Lars Engen. Product data from Open Food Facts is licensed under CC BY-SA 4.0.

7. Disclaimer

Health scores and AI-generated analyses are informational — not medical advice. Always consult a healthcare professional for diet-related medical questions.

8. Changes to the Service

Material changes to these Terms will be communicated at least 30 days in advance.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Norwegian law. Disputes shall be resolved at Oslo District Court.
