By creating an account in FoodGrade, you accept these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to the terms, you may not use the service.
You must be at least 13 years old to use FoodGrade, in accordance with applicable law and GDPR art. 8.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately at hello@foodgrade.io if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
You retain ownership of all content you publish in FoodGrade (reviews, ratings, and comments). By publishing content, you grant FoodGrade a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, store, and distribute the content as part of the service.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that content you publish does not violate applicable law, third-party rights, or these terms.

Violations of these rules may result in immediate suspension or deletion of your account.
The FoodGrade app, logo, and all associated technology are owned by Lars Engen. Product data from Open Food Facts is licensed under Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 (CC BY-SA 4.0) and remains open data.
Health scores, NOVA groups, Nutri-Score, and AI-generated health analyses in FoodGrade are intended as information and guidance — not as medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for diet-related medical questions.
FoodGrade is not liable for loss or damage resulting from use of the service, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
We reserve the right to modify, pause, or discontinue the service with reasonable notice. Material changes to these terms will be communicated via push notification or email at least 30 days in advance.
These Terms of Service are governed by Norwegian law. Any disputes shall be resolved at Oslo District Court as the agreed venue.
